Lector Ministry

The Lector Ministry offers individuals the opportunity to read the scheduled selections from Scripture at each Mass. Lectors make a commitment to study the readings and practice them to share clarity, meaning, and reverence for the Gospel. In so doing, lectors become personally involved with the liturgy and experience a greater depth of understanding of the readings, a source of grace in our lives. There will be a training Session to practice the routines of the Entrance and Exit from the Mass and to experience the sound of reading through our sound system. If you have any questions, you may call Ruth Loeffler, 329-5358.
