Fall 2012 Schedule

We are trying to do one service project a month. Usually we will aim for the first week whenever possible.
Events unless otherwise stated will be held in the church library at 7:30pm

2^nd Oct: Rosary night in the chapel
9^th Oct (Tuesday): Poker night at the Emmaus house. We will join the knights for this event. Half the proceeds go to St Vincent de Paul.
18^th Oct: Food bank service project (due to conflict in schedule moved from the first week of October). From around 6-9pm (thank you Casey for putting this together)
23^rd Oct (Tuesday): Guest speaker from Catholic charities (thanks Will for putting this together) topic TBA
30^th Oct: Gala service project: help prepare for the gala. (This is actually the November project)
2^nd Nov: Gala night. This is the largest fundraiser for campus ministry and the young adult group usually showup enforce and with class. It is a formal black tie event.
6^th Nov (7:30 pm): Social evening to unwind with wine and cheese location TBA.
27^th Nov: possible Fr Jim

Christmas party in early December.

For this December we are looking into “adopting a family” and putting together a gift package for them.
